I learned something about myself. It is not what I eat, but what I do that keeps me in shape. I stopped going to the gym five times a week and found that I start to gain weight. Granted I was still going to the gym twice a week and working out hard those days, I still was putting on the pounds. So after about two months of it, I returned to my five day workout and problem solved. No matter how little I ate of the kind of food, my body type did not seem to respond to it.

So inches have come off, my arms are bigger and more defined and I am a happier person for it.
