In an effort to further improve customer support and overall customer satisfaction, we are presently seeking self-motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our technical support team in a part-time capacity.

Requirements are as follows:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a US citizen.
- At least 1 year experience as an administrator of IPS products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide telephone support as needed.

Relocation is not necessary for this position.
